Travel Advisor for The Travel Industry (Vietnamese National)

We are Friends Travel Vietnam, a boutique Travel Agency making waves in Vietnam’s Tourism industry since 2013. We are an internationally licensed tour operator focussing on creating authentic Vietnamese experiences for our customers. We were founded by Sidney (Dutch) and Thao (Vietnamese) van Meenen with two main missions in mind: Sharing the beauty of Vietnam and her people with the world; and treating our customers like friends and family while we are doing it! And now, we are looking for an experienced travel advisor to join our merry band of specialists.

As Travel Advisor we’ll expect you to provide advice about travelling. If this wasn’t clear before, then maybe this position isn’t for you. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about traveling and have a great command of the English language, both written and spoken. You’ll be expected to manage our clients itineraries, building and designing each of them individually using our cutting edge software. Your main responsibility would be to keep our clients satisfied by communicating and managing expectations and through these services create and maintain a loyal customer basis. As this is a specialised job, previous experience in the travel industry would be a big plus.
