OVERVIEW
• Manage the day-to-day sales activities of the company.
• You will be selling and following up FIT/GIT clients while developing business strategies to increase profitability.
• Manage and train the travel sales staff effectively allowing for increased sales and engagement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Managing daily requests from direct customers or travel partners and assigned sales team with relevant leads.
• Ensure a smooth communication with direct customers and travel agents
• Ensure enquiries must be responded within 24 hours
• Develop a sales strategy (produce a plan that sets out clear actions and goals)
• Selling unique and customized travel experiences, maintain and following up clients
• Proposes strategies to development the profitability of the company
• Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales volume
• Analyzes market trends in the travel industry and makes recommendations for improvement
• Ensures that company procedures, guidelines and standards are followed in the areas of: customer service, ticketing, attendance, accuracy of work, invoicing etc. for assigned sales staff
• Responsible for ensuring all sales staff are fully trained on office standards, new enhancements and products
• Manage and motivate the team to increase and close sales
• Researches and provides solutions to escalated travel-related issues from clients
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
• Foster a positive team environment and provide strong leadership
• Other tasks if required by the Directors.
• Report regularly about any issues, problem and complaints from customers/travel agents to your Board of Directors

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years working at a similar position in inbound tourism sector is an advantage
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Good knowledge of foreign customers’ expectations and willingness to meet their demands
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, history and culture of Vietnam
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill with high professionalism
• Good in negotiation skill and carefulness
• Customer and result oriented with good business mindset
• Excellent at English (both writing and speaking)
• Proficient in computer: Microsoft office, excel, internet
• Able to work in dependently and in a team environment
• Ability to problem solve
