Transport Data Analyst & Super User /sale Systems (Contract 1 Year)

1. System admin/super users for Sale force and CAP/Contract Database system.
2. Data analysis for transport service – Costing and Volume, Selling & Profit & Loss.  Make budget summary, Business Case Approval in excel file.
3. Calculate Buying cost, Operating cost and resource requirements to provide transport solution options to customers
4. Prepare quotation & Proposal based on customer needs.
5. Ability to understand commercial and contract with customers
6. Ability to follow up with business case process approval – Building budget summary, follow with finance commercial to get BCA approved by management.
7. Identifies where the services to customers should be improved , then, develops and implements initiatives and processes for logistics management within overall areas of responsibility
8. Identifies and analyses logistics problems in areas of responsibility and develops solutions to enhance transport operations 9. Be responsible and lead proactively the contract renewal process with existing customers – Manage data & milestone in Safe Force system.
10. Supports Operations in the transport continuous improvement
11. Make sure customers’ requirements are considered when planning deliveries or collections
12. Any other duties as required by management
