Mô tả công việc

Work location: Binh Duong, Dong Nai
Division/Department: Transport
Reports to (Title of direct manager): Transport Manager

A. JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:
• Interface with dealers/distributors and PIC of customers to provide Customer Service Functions.
• Coordinate the successful execution of trucking planning

B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interface IOD and Solve Delivery issue
- Call to dealers/distributors cross-checking and verifying delivery information and update delivery report and TMS in a timely manner.
- Contact with dealers/distributors, PIC of customers and related PIC to solve delivery issue in a timely manner, update issue log report.
• POD Management & KPI monitoring
- Collect, check POD information, update report and TMS and return to PIC of customers.
- Update and analyse delivery performance, update billing and gross margin and update KPIs on a daily basis.
- Achieve delivery documents
• AR & AP
- Prepare AR report and interface with PIC of Customers to ensure billing on time
- Verify AP billing with sub-contractors to ensure the accuracy and correctness.
- Follow up fuel price fluctuation and keep post to direct manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

A. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in business or marketing field.
- 5+ years in sales experience with proven track records related to transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excellent in excel).

Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong experiences and knowledge in Customer Service.
- Global 3 PL background.
- Enthusiastic, careful, and highly responsible

Experience:
- Experience in transportation planning and Customer Service
- Geography understanding

Skills & Knowledge:
- Customer Service mindset
- Drive for results, result oriented
- Customer focus: establish the effective relationships with customers both internal and external
- Ability on communication
- Self-starter, initiative and strong in supervision skill
- Team player, maturity and proactive
- High level of computer literacy and report

Language:
- Vietnamese
- English (Basic)
