Translator Cum Production Assistant

* Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm
Liaise with Seawind production managers : Primarily Kevin Landry and Stefan Malin
Translation and co-operation in the daily tasks of the Seawind Production Lines

* Key tasks / Nhiệm vụ chính
But no limited to:
1. Verbal translation for expat managers and workers when required. Translate documents / Required information in written form Vietnamese to English, English to Vietnamese. Especially WORK ORDER  Translate  Update Upholstery & Woodshop Work Order  Print out, check, update on Pheeni x (if need)
2. Collect Time sheets from team leader daily  Input into Access database  Make weekly, monthly report, correct production hours regarding to HR hours.
3. Manage stationery & purchase requests for Seawind, maintain purchase order files and report current Purchase order status.
4. Manage, keep records & update of staff employed (Staff attendance, Organization chart, Evaluation report) (currently: 78 workers including 14 team leaders)
5. Take regular build photos and save to relevant boat folders. (QC and flow schedule printed for each boat & put on board, Pre-shipping QA check list, Delivery kit for launching (for each boat before launching – printed & put in folder, Photo checklist, Print manual book)
6. Manage WO, hand over folders, Forms.
7. Currently, Admistering Upholstery Department Woodshop/Finishing work orders(Translate on Pheenix, Update pictures, check BOM of each parts – update breakdown sheet,…)
8. Be willing to upgrade knowledge as per required
9. Source items/services required
10. Organize and prepare any local travel requirements

* Knowledge / Kiến thức
- Translation Viet/english (writen and spoken)-

* Experience / Kinh nghiệm
- At least two year experience in Production assistance

* Skills / Kỹ năng
- Computer skill / Kỹ năng vi tính: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Language skill / Kỹ năng ngoại ngữ: good at English (Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading).
- Time management skill / Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, Solving problem skill / Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
- Communication skill / Kỹ năng giao tiếp
