Mô tả công việc
• Assist TBC Teams by preparing/translating letter & document, from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, sent and received, to and from the Government Authorities in a timely manner.
• Act as Translator and Interpreter (English – Vietnamese) for the meetings when needed and prepare dual language Minute of Meetings when the case
• Provide professional high-quality translation interpretation at conferences/ workshops/ meetings and translation of professional reports and documents
• Assist project team where assistance is needed such as tracking letter/document, making copies, scanning, biding document and other needs are required.
• Arrange and manage filling system of incoming/outgoing correspondence, control document in hard file and soft file accurately with high quality access
• Give training and guide to new joiner regarding document procedure and project system both electronic and hard file system
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

* Education Requirements:
• University degree
• Major: English Linguistics, Translation & Interpretation or similar
* Years of Experience Required:
• At least 3 years of professional working experience in a similar position.
* Essential Skills and Requirements:
• Strong experience in interpretation and translation or similar role
• Full proficiency in technological vocabulary in Vietnamese as well as in English
• Excellent management of priorities, with strong interpersonal skills
• Cultural competence
• Accuracy, Attention to detail
• Dynamic, reliable and open-minded character having the willingness to excel and perform on a high-level under pressure and tight deadlines
• Immediate availability is a plus
