Transaction Associate (Legal)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare, draft, review, negotiate contracts and other agreements in normal course of the business in a timely manner;
• Advise company on legal rights and obligations of the company in respect of contractual matters;
• Analyze the probable outcomes of transactions and cases and make relevant recommendations for the best benefits of the company;
• Identify and discuss any legal risk, findings and recommendations with line managers and/or department manager;
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the position;
• Prepare, draft relevant legal documents, legal briefs and opinions, and other documents produced in daily operation;
• Analyze and interpret relevant laws, rulings and regulations for businesses;
• Update changes in or new regulations and alert to upper management and other departments;
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time in relation to the position.

Requirements:
• Law degree.
• Lawyer practice certificate is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experiences as a legal counsel (in-house or law firm).
• Experiences in contracts, land matters, corporate matters.
• Able to work independently under high pressure.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and communicating.

Details:
You are required to work at least 40 hours a week with flexible hours at the above location.
