Transaction Advisory Services - Manager

Objectives of the Role
• Assist in institutionalizing and implementing corporate strategies within the business units as outlined by the SMT and the Board of Directors.
• Supporting the business units in realizing the outlined strategy and vision of VNG by assisting in outlining key objectives, deliverables, improvement project as needed.

Job Scope
• Lead the financial analysis and reporting of business unit performance, including efficiency of opex,, return on capex, and other capital allocation decisions with the goal of improving quality of financial performance and decision making.
• Assist and support in the business process reorganization of the business units with the goal of improving process inefficiencies and bottlenecks work flow.
• Assisting in business unit financial planning and aggregating the business unit performance and measuring overall company capital efficiencies

• At least 5 years of experiences in Transaction Management or Transaction Advisory Service
• Solid understanding of business strategy, operations and business models
• Knowledge of process measurements (KPIs, KRIs, KCIs,...)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• CPA/CA, CIA, CMA, RICS APC or other relevant certification is preferred
