1. Recruitment:
• Directly manage the staffing and recruiting process to ensure the availability of employees to satisfy the current needs, as well as the potential successor team for the company in near future.
• Works with line management to enhance their abilities in attracting stable, highly qualified candidates through enlightened recruiting, evaluation, and selection programs
• Excellent leadership skills with a philosophy of creating a high-trust culture that empowers employees as individual contributors and fosters a strong team environment.
• Build career programs to branding company image through recruiting and well-prepared a huge pool of candidate source through these programs.
• Be able to be a HR business partner to several departments.
• Excellent in design recruitment policy and procedure to control recruitment operation smoothly.
• Weekly, monthly report for recruitment results by department and by rank for HR Manager.
• Build a network of contacts and relationships in area, information on the business, competitor strategies and competitor organizational personnel structure.
2. Training:
• Do the training need analysis to identify the training requirements of departments
• Planning & designing training program for all employees based on demands
• Take responsibilities of internal training as: orientation training, compliance training, code of conduct, other soft skills …
• Manage employees' personal training records, manage the knowledge and skill of the team. Make plan, evaluation and report for the training program result
• Modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
• Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee events.
• Develop and monitor training budget
• Work as a coordinator to follow, set up & communicate for external training program, management training program from the Group
• Support to build & adapt the learning system to all employees.
• Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staffs
• Build a professional talent programs for organization.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree of university or college of Human Resources, Business Administration, Economic or related fields
• Experience in recruitment for diversity of level & position
• Experience in internal training, have knowledge in learning & development activities
• Computer proficiency and other software to support for training
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Good at English communication & report, presentation
• Skill of training, coaching and mentoring
• Provides consultative skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills - able to interact at all levels.
• Highly responsible and dependable.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive
• Understand the skills and knowledge of recruiting, to attract, select, and persuade candidates
• Must possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
