Mô tả công việc
• Reviewing and collect training needs of all departments at the Company
• Developing and implementing the Company's annual human resource development plan for the areas training and communication.
• Building and managing the training material and training plans for all employees of the Company;
• Search and select training partners for programs and training courses under the organizational of Administration - Human Resources.
• Implementing programs and training courses under the organizational of Administration - Human Resources
• Assessing the results and quality of programs, training courses and proposing plans to improve the quality of training to ensure capacity development for employees throughout the Company.
• Participating in the development of the company's internal rules
• Communicate, announcement regulations and propose adjustments (if necessary)
• Planning, organizing communication and supporting to answer questions related to changes, adjustments in the benefit, policies on administration and personnel of the Company
• Tracking and follow up P.A.C.E Program
• Cooperation with university to hold event at company
• Other duties as assigned by the Division Head.
