Training Specialist

The job-holder will take main duties and responsibilities as follows:

• Training Plan/Activities
+ Analyze the training needs to propose an effective annual training plan and appropriate budget allocation
+ Monitor the training plan with high quality, effectiveness and impact
+ Coordinate and/or conduct some professional working skills training for internal employees among Panasonic Vietnam Group
+ Coordinate and/or conduct necessary training sections for newcomers in Induction training program for Panasonic Vietnam Group
+ Revise/ update training material in accordance with changes
+ Search, evaluate, and select external trainers, training agencies to provide appropriate training programs

• Tool/System/Project
+ Actively participate in building/configuring training portal and/or training/HR system which relating to training plan and/or training activities
+ From time to time, upon business request, taking part in HR project or any other projects

• Other activities
+ As per business requirements

* REQUIREMENTS:
+ At least 3-year experience in HR Training in multi-national companies
+ Good training skills (content design, public presentation, pedagogical approach, assessment…) and can deliver some soft skills training like communication skills, presentation skills
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Fluency in English (both writing, and speaking)
+ Passion in training
+ Being pro-active and initiative-taking;
+ Professional working attitude
