ROLE SUMMARY OF TRAINING SPECIALIST
The training specialist has the full responsibility over the portfolio of training programs and courses. The training specialist implements new training programs, adjusts the current ones in a close cooperation with the line management to heading the company strategy’s achieving.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Survey, analyse the training needs and plan the training program for company;
- Coordinate with department managers to build up and update the training programs / materials;
- Design and format the training materials;
- Design the survey, evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements;
- Proactively discussing and proposing appropriate training courses for the departments;
- Support for training activities: preparation of study materials, tests, assessments, training lists, room preparation and equipment for training sessions, support for lecturers in the courses;
- Introducing information, policies, company regulations, procedures for new employees;
- Support with HR members in some common tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or master degree
- At least 3 years of experience in training position
- Communication skills & Negotiation skills;
- Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures;
- Time Management skills;
- English is a must.
- Attitude: Honest, hard – working; Responsible, enthusiastic and teamwork; Positive and result- oriented.
- Age: 24 – 35
- Others: Be able to travel overseas if required; training professional programs certification is preferable;
BENEFIT AND COMPENSATION
- Salary: 500 – 800 USD/ month
- Salary adjustment: Once a year;
- Working time: 8 hours/ day; 5 days/ week;
- Annual bonus: 1-6 months;
- Working environment: International, flexible, open-minded, honest, young and beautiful office;
- Opportunity: Having chances to be trained overseas or rotate working base in other branches such as Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, India, Indonesia when job needs;
- Company trip: 1-2 trips per year (Domestic or Overseas)
- Advantage: Working with foreign experts, foreign colleagues from America, France, Taiwan, Singapore, Norway, Belgium, UK, Australia, India, China, Indonesia etc,… be trained, guided throughout the probation process and work officially;
- Working place: Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCMC.
