Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate induction sessions
• Be responsible of trainee batches, coordinate and support trainees during their training period
• Organize and coordinate with Managers and Trainers to plan and deliver training programs to meet training needs
• Together with BOP follow up training plan for individual employee and teams
• Identify external and internal training programs to address competency gaps
• Communicate and update employee about training programs
• Translate materials, manuals for training courses (when necessary)
• Assist managers and functional departments by being a translator when necessary
• Record and maintain training database
• Collect feedback of participants and provide effectiveness report to managers/trainers
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment, gifts, etc.
• Plan and manage training budget
• Perform other HR duties as needed including special project as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A bachelor degree
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in training and development for multi-national companies
• Strong and proven interpersonal skill, organization skill
• Good communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
• Fluent English
• Demonstrated positive teamwork attitude and mind-set.
