Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical sciences or medical sciences
• Solid understanding of the sales process in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
• Proven work experience as a Training coordinator, Training specialist, Training facilitator or similar role in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare business
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external and internal cross-functional team
• Previous experiences in developing and translating training materials for sales teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, which includes developing and delivering professional presentation
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• People oriented with service minded, Can-do attitude and willing to work in field
• Professional look and training skills to attract audiences
• Excellent group presentation skills, confidence presenting to both large and small groups
• Good command in English to work with regional and international team
