Mô tả công việc
1. Communication Planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs communication annual plan to distributors.
• Be responsible for communication article/slides for Special Training events
• Pre – event communication: DD forum, Amagram, Facebook…
• Lead & manage special training events/seminars for the targeted leadership ABOs including planning, concept building, organizing the sessions effectively at high satisfaction of ABOs on the training event services.
2. Training Delivery:
• Develop the monthly nationwide training delivery plan (Coordinate with cross functions and Local Leaders);
• Allocating contract trainers; development & performance management to build & leverage qualified trainer workforce
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records;
• Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings;
3. Oversee logistics arrangement/ implementation/ execution of all training activities
4. Reporting and data management
• Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs
• Analyze report from Trainers
• Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• BA/BS of Business Administration, Economic/Education or related field
• At least 05 years of working experience in relevant positions.
• Good communication/ planning skills in both Vietnamese & English
• Well organized, detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure.
• Event knowledge.
• Good command of computer usage, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
