Training Officer (HR Department)

*** The job-holder will take main duties and responsibilities as follows:
• Arrange training schedule and organize internal training venue
• Coordinate and/or conduct training sections for newcomers in Orientation training program; soft skills/ basic work skills training for employees
• Revise/ update training material in accordance with changes
• Manage training database and make general training reports after training course
• Coordinate and/or conduct employee engagement activities and events
• Other relevant administrative tasks requested by line manager
