Mô tả công việc
* Reporting line: Country Manager, Vietnam
* Working Location: HCMC
1. Objective
- Planning and implementing training programs that meet business needs: Induction courses for newcomers for the company (overall processes of each Departments, products…), soft skills for Leaders, Customer Oriented courses for operators, refresh selling skills …
- Continuous training of company employees.
2. Responsibilities:
* Planning and implementing the training programs:
- Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions for newcomers at each Teams: general information of the company and departments, products, processes, systems…
- Conducting refresh training courses or soft skills courses for all operators and management skills, coaching skills for Leaders.
- Building training programs.
- Working with managers/ Leaders/ Head of Departments to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
- Monitoring and evaluating training program’s effectiveness and reporting on this.
- Cooperating with the QC team for training staff on a specific plan based on the results of QC
* Standardizing and updating documents:
- Reviewing existing documents from CS, PV, TLM, RS, Collection Team and standardizing all documents.
- Updating new changes by documents whenever having new update information.
* Survey & Reports:
- Making survey for each training and reporting to line manager and related department.
- Keeping up to date all reports related to training and coaching.
- Updating training roadmap and schedule monthly, quarterly and yearly.
* Other tasks as required and assigned by management team.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
1.2. Job Requirements:
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience of training position (experience in finance and banking industry is an advantage).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
- Customer oriented.
- People development and retention.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
2. Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: negotiable.
- 100% salary for 2 months probationary period.
- Participate fully in social insurance benefits after 2 months of probation.

- Paid leaves: 60 days (including 18 annual leaves, 2 remote working leaves and 40 sick leaves).
