Deliver Training
- Manage and monitor training delivery as scheduled.
- Provide soft skills training related to Field Force function
- Provide ad-hoc training to address issues in the market place
Field Implementation
- Conduct field observation, carry out gap analysis, propose alternative scenarios and co-ordinate with FF Management to close gaps identified.
- Act as a soundboard to head of departments on applying new learning.
- Coach Supervisor and Sales Manager on coaching, customer management, business planning activity. Facilitate field coaching
Training Structure and Resources
- Do Training Needs Analysis
- Develop training documents
- Budget for training and report expenses
- Develop Curriculum, Training Matrix, Training Plan to support business strategy and marketing programs.
- Develop, update, and manage assessment tools
- Develop, update, and manage library
- Develop Internal Trainers
- Identify, evaluate, select, and manage ongoing relationships with effective outsourcing including consultants, training providers and HCP KOLs
- Manage Training Database and make report as requirement
Measurement & Evaluation
- Develop and manage Training KPIs
- Provide evaluation in different ways
- Analyse KPIs, results of evaluation, make report, and propose solution for continuous improvement
- Review training evaluation of participants and implement solution for continuous improvement.
Others
- Ensure activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
- Special projects as directed by Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medicine is preferable
- Experience at the same position is a plus
- Fluent in English and Vietnam
- Proficient skills in MS Office
- Quick, enthusiastic, able to work in team environment and independently
- Innovation and adaptability
