Mô tả công việc
• Develops an annual training plan.
• Manages the training budget.
• Assists department managers to develop and organize their training programs.
• Assists department managers to train individuals designated as departmental trainers.
• Conducts general orientation programs.
• Organizes supervisory and management development programs.
• Coordinates the use of outside training resources.
• Organizes cross-training programs.
• Assists management in analyzing training needs.
• Completes monthly training report.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Manages the training budget.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least Bachelor degree in any field
• At least 2 year experience in one of the company or in international hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements in people development
• Capability of training and development of all levels of employees
• Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
• Proficiency in English and computer literate
• Good public speaking skill (track record of presentation or public speaking training course)
• Strong in driving results and people management and development
• At least 2 year experience in one of the company or in international hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements in people development
