- Conduct assessment and gap analysis on staff skills.
- Manage effective training budget
- Good understanding of hospital regulations and culture. Conducts effective induction and orientation sessions soft skills.
- Develop, customize, update training material.
- Coordinate with heads of departments to organize coaching programs, improvement training activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- From 27 years old and older.
- Male and Female gender.
- Experience for 5 years or more in companies with staff size of more than 100 employees.
- Graduated from a regular university or higher, it is preferable for candidates who are international students and masters in specialization: Human Resource Management, Administration or specialization related subjects job placement.
- English: fluently (speaking, writing, listening and reading)
- People management skills and lead high performance teams.
- Strong communication and Presentation.
- Handle other assigned tasks on job demands.
- Training soft skills, services knowlegde
