Mô tả công việc
We are looking for Training Manager. A potential candidate must have Technical background, Training management experience along with a passion for training & developing people
Responsibilities:
o Deploy training strategy
o Identify training needs and develop training plans
o Manage and ensure the implementation of training plans to meet training objectives
o Develop & upgrade training programs and methodologies to catch up new trends
o Evaluate training effectiveness and provide proper solutions
o Design, develop course materials and conduct courses
o Conduct/mentor role-specific training
o Research new technologies
o Establish and maintain relationship with universities
o Promote training services to attract candidates
Number of resources: 2 (part-time or full-time)
Work Location: TMA Tower, Quang Trung Software Center, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, Dist. 12

Yêu cầu ứng viên
o Expert in OOP, OOD and UML
o Expert in Java, .NET, mobile and MEAN Stack technologies
o 5 years experiences at least in software development process
o Very good at learning and researching skills
o Excellent management, communication, problem solving skills
o Can work under high pressure and can-do attitude
Years of experiences
§ At least Bachelor degree in Information Technology field
§ At least 5 years of working experience
Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
o Expert in Java, .NET, mobile and MEAN Stack technologies
o 5 years experiences at least in software development process
o Very good at learning and researching skills
o Excellent management, communication, problem solving skills
o Can work under high pressure and can-do attitude
