POSITION OBJECTIVE
To obtain the number and quality of employees that can be selected in order to help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives. With the same objective, recruitment helps to create a pool of prospective employees for the organization so that the management can select the right candidate for the right job from this pool
To ensures the placement of right candidate at the right place at the right time. The selection of the best candidates for the organization
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build yearly training plan in line with organization direction on human resources training and development
• Corporate with department to build and manage the training plan and budget
• Set up and implement Training Procedure based on the identified training needs and procedure of the company
• Organize and conduct annual training courses (for both soft skill for office staff and operation)
• Monitor the progress of the Training Business plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved
• Liaise with training outsources for external training courses
• Make reports on training effectiveness and periodical report
• Conduct the training needs analysis for whole department
• Propose the training plans
• Coordinate with internal trainer team to deliver the training plan timely
• Contact with outside companies/suppliers/customers and maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the Company
• Ensure the employees’ training and development records are properly recorded
• To review the training policy/ procedure and to manage the training cost/ budget
• In charge of Training material and training course delivery
• Prepare training materials as requested
• Measure the training evaluation. Build up the resource of test
• Monitor the individual development plan of each member in talent pool
• Other job assigned by HRM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree
- Good at making training plan and training soft skill
- Strong understanding about training demand, analyzing competence and effectiveness evaluation after training
- Knowledge about the training services and popular courses in the market
- Good communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English fluency
- Problem solving, analytical, motivating organizational and training abilities
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in training
- Good at facilitating skills and influence skill
- Good at presentation, communication skill
- Personal quality such as maturity, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy, strong in organizational and project management, time management
- Good at making training plan and training soft skill
