Training Manager

To oversee and manage the learning and development process for all employees in the Resort and ensure that all learning activities support AccorHotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.
Establishes, co-ordinates and conducts orientation programs for every new employees to make sure they are all aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs
Conducts/reviews training needs analysis monthly as well as annually and budget accordingly.
Delivers all brand customer service and quality standards training to all members of the team;
Maintains accurate reporting on the training delivery and learning programs implemented;
Seeks feedback from participants and their managers for effectiveness of learning and development programs
Provides feedback to relevant leaders following discussions in training sessions which indicate dissatisfaction or engagement issues.
Delivers modern and attractive learning and development solutions in a cost effective manner.
Supports to perform variety of HR functions including employee activities, liaison with educational units in the region...
