Mô tả công việc
• Plan & budget the annual Sales training program.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness periodically.
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
• Join field work/field trips to understand the business and gain more insights for training.
• Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation.
• Have deep understanding and fully Comply with Company Regulations and Policy.
• Ensure Compliance Standards and quality Service to the Customer’s.
• Demonstrate Professional, Considerate, Co-operative and constructive Attitude & Behavior when working with Staff, Colleague’s, Customer’s etc…
• Other tasks assigned (related to business)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree. Master degree is an advantage.
• At least 05 years of experience, with proven working experience as a training manager and track record in designing and executing successful training programs. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc…).
• Good Orator.
• Good at training design & development.
• Analytical and Problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Positive Communicator Personality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage competing and conflicting deadlines.
• High sense of Integrity.
• Highly motivated to learn.
