Job Purpose Summary
The Job holder is responsible for Conduct training programs to strengthen new and existing employees’ technical and/or interpersonal skill development. Implementation and report on the effectiveness of training provided. Plan and design of existing course enhancements.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Identify training needs, critical skills associated with each job function of all departments
• Deploy training strategy and develop training plans
• Manage and ensure the implementation of training plans to meet training objectives
• Set standards for training, Develop & upgrade training programs and methodologies to catch up new trends
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide proper solutions, provide timely feedback to Management regarding issues relating to gaps in performance.
• Design, develop course materials and conduct courses
• Conduct/mentor role-specific training
• Research new technologies
• Promote training services to attract candidates
• Look for and contact with other suppliers to process external training courses (if required).
• Maintain a satisfactory Performance Appraisal rating.

Education/Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Capability of design and write training program
• Very good at learning and researching skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent management, communication, problem solving skills
• Can work under high pressure and can-do attitude
• Strong in inter-personality skill
Experience
• At least 5-year experience in Training Field in Insurance, Financial Company, E-commerce Special Skills
• Active, responsible, hardworking, enthusiastic
• Fluency in both verbal and written in English
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Have the mindset of building up the developing the organizations based on talent acquisition and development.
