Mô tả công việc
We are looking for an experienced training and development manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the company.
Training manager responsibilities include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
• Maintains standard hotel training equipment & training library of resources.
• Conducts Employee Orientation & develops induction plans for new employees joining the team.
• Conducts 2nd Employee Orientation for those who pass the probation period.
• Evaluates all on-the-job training.
• Prepares the hotel's training budget & monitors expenditure on a monthly basis.
• Coordinates with Department Heads in identifying training needs for their departments include internal and external training.
• Develops & implements Departmental Training Systems.
• Conducts training programs such as train the trainer, leadership skills, handle guest’s complaint… ensures that the process operates effectively.
• Prepares the Annual Training Plan and monitors its actualization.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 3 years of related training experience, and at least 1 year experience at the same position.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Exellent English skills
