Training Manager

JOB BRIEF
As a role of a training manager, you are required to take responsibility in all training activities of 13 restaurants of Viet Deli JSC.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for creation, development and conduction of training programs (included F&B training skills, customer service skills….)
• Ensure all staff training, testing and documentation is completed in the required time frame;
• Support the launch of new restaurants and projects;
• Act as an internal performance supervisor and consultant, taking part in departmental meetings and team-building activities as required;
• Continuously ensure a high quality of service; evaluate and forecast the needs of company, then plan and propose schedule to achieve the training goals;
• Partner with external organizations to support the company learning strategy;
• Review the effectiveness of training programs and update training materials;
• Follow company policies, procedures and service standards;
• Maintain training records & files;
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant or Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B management
• Previous leadership experience in a related field required
• Communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with public speaking
