Mô tả công việc
Job title: Training Executive
Report to: Operation Manager
1. Be leader of a training team include 2 members
2. Make plan and implement training courses for staffs of Tenants in Aeon Mall Hải Phòng (about shopping mall regulations, policies, customer service standards)
3. Develop training related materials to make the training more attractive, amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to actual situation or changes
4. Daily patrol the shopping mall to check tenant staffs' working manner (post-training performance, regulation compliance...)
5. Take care of customer inquiries responses: receive comments via online and offline channels such as Facebook, emails, direct comments and reply in accordance with Company regulations
6. Data consolidation and integration to evaluate tenants' performance and proposal suitable training methods
7. Cooperate with other departments for organizing training events (Good tenant & staff awarding ceremony...)
8. Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree, any fields
2. Have at least 5 working experience in Training, Customer service or related fields
3. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
4. Good at Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
5. Have skills such as presentation, problem solving
6. Willing to work in shift (4 - 5 night shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month)
7. Work location: Hanoi (for training from Nov 2019 ~ Feb 2020), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (Feb 2020 ~)
