Mô tả công việc
*Direct Supervisor: Training Manager
The Service Training Executive assists the Training Manager in planning and executing training and development strategies to develop the capabilities of employees in operation. The individual helps employees identify, acquire and upgrade their skills, and plans for related programmes accordingly. The Executive assists the Training Manager in running training projects, creating training materials, monitoring training activities and preparing training reports.
*Responsibility
- Coordinate with the internal customers to determine training needs and propose suitable solutions;
- Schedule and organize classes, make general reports to evaluate the results of these classes with advice from teachers and students;
- Participate in synthesizing, analysing training needs, budgeting and planning of training programs;
- Manage training databases, training materials libraries on the learning system;
- Participate in drafting forms, processes and regulations; and reports related to training activities;
- Participate in developing training materials: Online and offline learning.
- Prepare logistics for classes and to invite internal lecturers / external lecturers to work within the framework of training programs;
- Implement periodic reporting and work progress reports at the request of the Management level;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Training manager

Educational Qualifications/ Relevant Technical Skills
Business administration, Education, HR…
Good oral and written English (Ielts 5.5 hoặc Toeic 600)
2. Kinh nghiệm Liên quan
Relevant Work Experience
Kinh nghiệm triển khai đào tạo ít nhất 1 năm.
