Training Executive

- Conduct the training programs (English, software, and soft skills training) as planned and training events (if any) with highly productive and professional effectiveness.
- Contact with trainers or training services to receive and send out the course's outline, agreement, any related documents.
- Regularly collect feedback from departments to analyze the training needs and establishing a training plan.
- Assist manager to make yearly training plan and budget
- Support the recruitment process
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Bachelor degree
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in training
- Be fluent in English
- Good command of computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good at time management and presentation skill
- Eager to learn and grow
