Training Executive

- Coordinate with the divisions / departments of the Group and member units to determine training needs and propose necessary courses;
- Presenting directly in orientation training sessions for new employees of the Group;
- Schedule and organize classes, make general reports to evaluate the results of these classes with advice from teachers and students;
- Synthesis, analysis of training needs, budgeting and planning of training programs;
- Manage training databases, training materials libraries;
- Participate in drafting forms, processes and regulations related to training activities;
- Coordinate with the Administration Department to prepare logistics for classes and to invite internal lecturers / outside lecturers to work within the framework of training programs;
- Implement periodic reporting and work progress reports at the request of the Management level;
- Looking for partners to provide related services;
- Perform other tasks as assignment from Management level

- Excellent oral and written English
- Dynamic and initiative at workplace
