Training Director (F&b, $3000++, Hl4412)

Our client is a large Vietnamese company in Food industry, now looking for an Training Director in Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh:

• Complete an annual learning and development needs analysis in F&B department to ensure that the training needs of the F&B department are identified.
• Produce an annual, quarterly and monthly training plan for the F&B department to ensure that identified learning and development needs are met in a structured and systematic manner.
• Work in collaboration with the food and beverage management team and L&D team.
• Develop training sessions that satisfy identified operational needs within F&B.
• Complete an annual evaluation of training delivered in F&B to evaluate the execution of the Learning and Development plan and ensure the plan was effective and met the needs of the business.
• Implement the Departmental Training Review Process in F&B to ensure that the effectiveness of departmental training and Departmental Trainers is systematically monitored.
• Regularly meet, coach, support and motivate departmental trainers from F&B to ensure they are supported in meeting the on-the-job training requirements of their departments.
• Communicate information about training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure that the business is kept up to date about training and development activities.
• Monitors training on a timely basis and follows up with departments to ensure targets are met

- Male/Female, age of 35-50
- Academic level: University Degree in related fields
- Experience: at least 8 years of training experience in a multi-unit retail and/or F&B businesses. More than 5 years management experience. Was trained by foreign organizations is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)
- Language: good English communication
- Good computer skills
