Mô tả công việc
- Manage and maintain training and administrative activities at Testing Center and Academic Examinations
- Coordinate teacher training project about Teaching method and skills to increase teaching quality
- Built yearly teacher training plan to increase training quality
- Follow the teacher process, Class observation and Evaluating Teaching Quality
- Participate in building a network of training experts (internal and external) on teaching methodology and pedagogy.
- Report directly to the Manager for Teacher development
- Participate in building evaluation framework of training program
- Advise the Director about operating mechanisms, benefit to attract the right talent for Center

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree: Bachelor Degree in TESOL or Education Management (Master is preferable)
- Certification: Train-the-trainer courses
- Experiences in teacher training or train the trainers
- Knowledge on teaching pedagogy and education. Understand educational system in Vietnam
- Skills:
+ Good communication skills
+ Strong leadership skills
+ Problem solving
+ Work independently and under pressures
- Usage of office/ equipment: Be competent at MS Word, Excell, Project, PPT.
- Understanding LMS and other education software
- Personal quality: Be active, enthusiastic, and have good attitudes towards education
- Certification: Train-the-trainer courses
- Experiences in teacher training or train the trainers
- Knowledge on teaching pedagogy and education. Understand educational system in Vietnam
- Skills:
