Monitor quality of Partnership Distribution Training Delivery
- Attend training classes to observe trainer and give appropriate feedback in terms of performance improvement
- Coordinate with Training Delivery team & Training Reporting team to come up with improvement plan in terms of quality of Training Delivery
2. Support Training Design and Development activities
- Follow up approval flow for training material releasing from collecting Learning Needs Analysis; sketching training outline, lesson plan to certifying training materials
- Make sure all of training activities in line with quality requirements
- Play the role as internal auditor for Partnership Distribution Training team
3. Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant majors, eg: Finance – Banking, Education Management, Education Quality Management…
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales training, L&D
- Experienced in giving feedback
- Owning growth mindset and positive thinking
- Strong in analytical thinking
- Proficient in English
- Good at interpersonal skill
- Accountable and business-driven
- Careful & detail-oriented
