Mô tả công việc
I. AVTI operation management
a. Facility, equipment, fixed asset management
• Facilities, equipment management: check often everyday facilities (6 rooms, table, chair for meeting, kitchen utensils,…) and check about the lighting system, the air conditioning systems, the sound and projectors system before handing over to distributor for use meeting. In section and hygiene Sewage tank use for Home party at Amway Home Room.
• Fixed asset management: regularly check equipment. Quarterly warranty and maintenance for the system of lights, sound and projectors Coordinate with vendor and AVTI security guard to perform this task.
b. Service supplies management (Hygiene, Security, System…): work time, the work to be done in 1 day management of hygienic and security staffs support all activities of Distributor and Staff at AVTI
c. Leasing contract management
d. Provide the Customer Service and consultation to Distributors related to AVTI
• Support Distributors check and booking room on website system 24/7
• Guide Distributor issues related to getting permission from the Department of Industry and Trade for meeting: check room, file guide to do make the content ask for permission, contact the person in charge, timeline,….
• Check and follow all activities of Distributor applied for a license with a large number of participants.
• Receive and resolve feedback of Distributor for service and facilities, equipment at AVTI in 24h
• Follow Hotline 24/7 for support Distributor work at AVTI
e. Support DD Forum and all programs of Training, MKT, HR, PA, Sales,… at AVTI
• Check and booking room on website
• Set up facilities, equipment for each program to orders of lead project
• DD Forum monthly: set up facilities, equipment, technicians, live stream system,…
II. Training Assistance
a. Training supporting material ordering (handouts, work books…) and make it ready at ABC & AVTI
• Receive information about basic training classes from training team
• Adjust and deploy for national wide
• Collect & edit
• File Final Version work with MKT to final & print on Amagram
• Order Material training and transfer all area in charge
• Conduct classroom organization work at AVTI: Invite and send invitation Contract Trainer training, apply for permission, prepare rooms, set up, material, temp staff,…..
• Sign a lease contract and payment contract for all Contract Trainer
• Support areas for application file for permission
b. Record the transportation receipts of training monthly.
c. Support to collect training license document of ABC so that after PA’s check
• Process sign form upline & up up line
• Tranfers & get seales
• Tranfers to PA’s team
III. Reporting and data management
• Consolidate report from Trainers related to Training Attendance / Training Expense and submit to Training Manager
• Get data and make report for AVTI
• Expense report for avti & logistic for all
• Collect and manage all training data for being at the service of Training Manager
IV. Expense
a. Do Payment for AVTI activities: fee rental area, warehouse, placement of billboards, electricity fee, water fee, security fee, hygiene fee, internet fee…
b. Do payment for Training activities: handout fee, transfer fee, contract trainer fee, temp staff support fee,..
c. PR & PO renovation for ABCs, AVTIs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
o Bachelors of Business Administration, Economic/Education or related field
o Min 02 years of working experience.
o Good communication skills in Vietnamese
o Be able to read and write in English.
o Well organized, detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure.
o Good command of computer usage, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
