Training and Medical Liaison

- Training the products and company services for the relevant departments
- Build up the training program of the new knowledge, new trends relating to company’s products and services
- Coordination of specialists and specialized doctors. Respond to comments regarding the company
- Coordinate organize customer discussions
- Deploy and monitor the plans/research projects of the company with experts and partners
- Keep up to date with the research literature of the field
- Share information with sales reps on a regular basis
- Maintain credible peer-to-peer scientific relationships/partnership with national / top regional Medical Experts
- Collect customer insights and emerging clinical/scientific trends and convey feedback to internal Medical Management
- Active participation to scientific congresses and cooperative group meetings for the purposes of collecting insights and information about disease states which may potentially include company services
- Respond professionally and timely to documented requests from doctor, partners, customer... requiring On-Label information about a Company services, or data in relation through telephone, email and face to face contact.
- Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/ Pharmacy or Medicine (knowledge about Genes/ DNA is the advantage)
Experiences: 2 years or above of relevant experience in a similar role

- Proactive attitude.

- Strong interpersonal skills appropriate for customer environments, and the capability to establish scientific credibility and communicate scientific information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively.
- Computer literacy, including the capability to use all the channels of modern communication technology
- Excellent presentation skills
- Can interpret difficult clinical/scientific data and summarize succinctly
