*REPORTS TO : DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):
• To ensure all planned training activities are executed and met set objectives for the training department.
• Manage the sales and training team and plan sales/educational activities to achieve the desired sales and profit margin target. Collaborate with Operation, Marketing and Reg Affairs Depts in establishing & recommending the most realistic sales of goods for the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part 1 – TRAINING
1. Be accountable for the planned training activities and sales support performance of the products assigned to the section.
2. Work closely with Sales Manager to develop and integrate short & long term training strategy to secure continuous growth and expansion of the assigned.
3. Plan and implement any product activities (training, consulting) which may increase the product sales performance.
4. Develop/ localize/ strengthen system training from new distributors to council.
5. Localize/ develop product training activities.
6. Set training schedule/training events nation-wide to maximize the effectiveness (both Network events eg Recognition events and Product events).
7. Develop trainers through Train The Trainer program.
8. Monitor the sectional progress and ensure that tasks and duties are carried out effectively.
9. Gather field intelligence or market information and execute any marketing strategies which aim to improve sales performance.
10. Provide guidance, training and monitor the on going job of the supporting staff.
11. Develop, establish and enforce training procedures, policies, protocols for effective training development and support.
12. Take full responsibilities of budgetary control of the section.
Part 2 – SALES DEVELOPMENT
1. Formulate all sales policies, practices & procedures.
2. Plan and implement product activities to ensure product sales target are met on monthly/annual basis
3. Responsible to ensure the ROI targets for sales activities conducted are met
4. Responsible to ensure yearly training plan is executed accordingly
5. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly & monthly revenue streams
6. Develop specific plans to ensure sales achievement in all company’s products.
7. Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve sales target on yearly basis
8. Build and sustain close rapport with the network and influence them to achieve product sales target
9. Work closely with marketing team in developing marketing strategies (e.g. promo, launch mechanics) to achieve sales target.
10. Review expenses & recommend economics.
11. Provide results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
12. Prepare/ combine/ analyse Sales Reports to support GD on monthly basis.
13. Join meetings with Leaders & Network sales. Prepare & join meetings with top leaders.
14. In charge of new projects for Sales as assigned.

2. To ensure trainer’s schedule and procedure are running smoothly
3. To develop the department and train the trainers.

Qualification
• Possess tertiary qualification in business/marketing related discipline or equivalent.
Experience
• Min 5 years of managerial experience of Health Food/Nutrition related discipline.
• Preferably from MLM industry.
Skills & Knowledge
• Good command of English, Chinese/ Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken)
• Time management
• Managerial Skills (Leadership)
• Well versed (to use micro soft software, words, excel & power point) and e-mail
• PR and problem solving skills
• Public speaking skills
Behavioral Traits – State the type of personality required to fit the job
