In-charge all steps of Recruitment in the company including searching CVs, interview arrangement and internal procedures…
Prepare job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.
Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably
Provide assistant to Superiors on planning and execute internal as well as the external training programs for staff.
Provide Internal report including recruitment plan, training report, staff exit interview and staff turnover
In charge of administration tasks for HR division (RFA, RFC, filing document, proceed internal procedures...)
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
