Training & People Development Manager (Base in HCM)

Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Lead and monitor on boarding process, Buddy program, and Vietnamese language class for expats
Lead and monitor Management Trainee program of RedDoorz
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Manage training budget
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Responsible for monthly employee newsletter
Partner with relevant yoga/ fitness centres/trainer and health club/magazine to create more healthy events to employees.

Excellent English (both writing and speaking)
At least 7 year total working experience, in which at least 3 year at the level of Training/People Development Manager level
Experience in managing MT program, on boarding program and culture set up for start up / new set up company/ brand.
Experience as trainer for soft skill training
An open-minded and friendly person with passionate in People Development
