MISSION
Act as the lead technical party on major product development initiatives, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
ACTIVITIES
· Creating, standardizing, reviewing and updating documents system concernant
· Overseeing system capability development for operation team
· Work closely with staff relevant to proactively initiate sales with current and prospective clients to expand current testing activities and develop testing solutions for clients’ needs.
· Troubleshoot analysis and equipment when quality does not meet specifications.
· Provide technical and quality oversight for the laboratory, including validating test results, as well as working proactively with staff to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
· Train subordinates (if any) and other store personnel on quality standards and procedures

Functional knowledge & experience:
- F&B quality knowledge on various types of outlets such as coffee shop, fast food, fine dining
Functional skill:
-Innovation capability improvement;
-Effective data analysis, critical thinking, and experimentation skills
Managerial skill:
-Strong leadership, management, analytical& communication skills. Proven ability to determine root cause and implement effective solutions
Other skills:
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Education:Bachelors degrees and above
Experience:At least 3 years working experience in F&B companies
Language::Fluent in English
Office skills:MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook
Attitude: Flexibility to travel in line with business needs
