1. JOB PURPOSE
In charge of HR jobs related to Training & Development, Internal Communication
2. JOB DIMENSIONS
Full responsible in works assigned but limited in final approval.
3. PRICIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Training:
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses, build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
• Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
• Follow training activities of all teams to make sure training plan is implemented effectively
• Keep training procedure updated by ISO requirements
• Keep up with the new trends and tools in employee development
Development:
• Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
• People development: identifying talent, support personal development plan
Internal Communication:
• Develop and update content for local site in Group intranet
• Deliver information related to local activities to global
• Support the implement of all Group Communication projects.

• At least 5 years working in training and development area in multinational companies
• Excellent in communication of English and Vietnamese
