Training & Development Specialist (Based In HCMC)

• Plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of the personalized T&D program with monthly and quarterly basis which is rarely provided in the market.
• Play the communication role to motivate learning culture and spirit to ensure T&D program is well-executed and be satisfied from both learners and line managers.
• Directly work with business owners and team leaders to identify learning needs of each member that need to improve their capabilities and skill set to meet the job requirements
• Source, coordinate with internal and external trainers, vendors to build up training contents in order to meet learners’ expectation
• Follow up and keep track of learning progress of each member and provide solution to improve learning practices of each course including technical and soft skill trainings
• Be given the chance to join other HR projects from time to time for learning and growing with the team as a requirement of the position, esp. Culture development, Employee relations, Internal activities, etc.

• 2 - 3 years of experiences with proven track of working in learning and development field/ training
• Other highlights: passionate about people development

• Skills:
• Soft skills requirement: excellent communication skills in verbal and written, English advanced, public speaking and presentation skill is a must
