Mô tả công việc

1/ Training function & HR-General (30%): supporting to coordinate with other sections who are in-charged of training request for organizing training courses based on Yearly Training Plan and Development Plan. This included:
● Coordinate the implementation of Yearly Training plan and projects to improve the competence of the organization
● Design & provide internal training courses for target employees which are requested by function/department or superiors
● Organize training classes and responsible for course registration, tracking and other related activities to deliver training effectively
● Able to evaluate & deal with training providers, to review the training materials and request for suitable adjustment if needed to make sure the course materials align with training needs/ requirements
● Provide reports/ analysis related to training as well as managing evaluation of projects, courses delivery, pre/post training course evaluation & training records

2/ Development function (70%): supporting to build the Career Path Framework to each Function for the whole company wide. This not limited in providing advices, consultative support, implement solutions to address competency, skill matric/gaps and revitalize all training initiatives. Quarterly / yearly plan & execute for employees’ development plan from Talent Management project. This included:
● Support in Career Path Framework to Function building and defining Competency and skills set for each Job family & position.
● Develop and deploy the Talent program as well as Succession Plan to all levels
● Do performance analysis for effective performance management
● Define and implement effectively performance evaluation and appraisal system (if requested)

1/ Functional knowledge:
Mandatory
● Knowledgeable about Corporate training, HR management in general, Organization Development
● Understanding clearly Training & Development function & process
Supplementary Skills
● Training & Consultation skills
● Coordination & communication skills
● Project management skill
● Teamwork & collaboration mindset
● Understand Leadership types
2/ Computer skills:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
● Familiar with HR management system such as: ERP, TMS (Talent Management System, CRM,…)
3/ Others:
● Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and English major or related field
● Good command in English
● Requires at least 3+ years with equivalent position title or business size
● Able to build rapport across multiple cultures, especially Japanese culture
● Able to work under pressure & stress
● Able to be self-motivated
