Tasks
1. Based on the Organisation to drive people to deliver as the corporate culture.
2. People development based on the vision, mission, and values of the corporate by required behaviour, improvement, contribution, integrity, teamwork, collaboration….
3. Leadership styles of setting objectives that align with the Organisation’s strategies, people management; people development
4. POLC model (Plan/ Organise/ Lead/ Control) to take lead of people
5. Stress management by POLC too to release burdens and work load to staff and managers to gain balance at work and life
6. Happy staff => happy customers => happy sales: a circle of happiness at work and in life. This is a kind of building a healthy working environment where people are happy with work and no threaten for them to demotivate their creativeness and contribution. => this requires a consistent leadership from Top to bottom lines and the whole organisation to contribute.
7. Building performance system among management teams as tools to manage performance and behaviours of people as a transformational leadership. Performance as a basic of KPI and behaviours for rewards and development
8. Translating OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) into action by Planning the Work and Working the plan
9. Getting alignment from BOD and the Corporates Balanced Score Card by creating Departmental OGSM to individual OGSM
10. Learning all processes from their Functions to find out gaps in soft-skills as well as functional skills
11. Coaching programmes for Plant Managers/ Managers/ Supervisor to manage and develop their teams in terms of performance management, challenging the processes, leading people
12. Enhancement of POLC model among teams to apply as tool for personal leadership – PLAN/ ORGANISE/ LEAD/ CONTROL
13. Enhancement of mind mapping concept and thinking for self-development and developing others
14. Training system for company by conducting soft-skills of leadership mind mapping for management members
15. Handling Management trainee programme for fresh graduates by coaching them with soft-skills, processes, logical thinking; strategic thinking
16. Building a set of required behaviours among team members as way for development
17. HRDP - Human resources development plans as a career path and competency enhancement for members
18. Handling management trainee programme (MT programme) and do coaching to all MTs
19. Consultancy to Board of Management in terms of coaching and developing talents by scoring all performance results instead of expressions of feelings
20. Professional Facilitators of working skills for management teams by conducting all self-designed softskills workshops to Supervisory levels to middle management level.
21. Update & compose training materials & deliver training course for all level.
