Mô tả công việc
• Design and deliver training to employees using a variety of methods
• Design and create online training course on the online learning platform
• Monitor and evaluate training programs
• Cooperate with other departments to conduct TNA
• Create and implement other development activities (Performance Assessment, English test, etc.)
• Assist Training & Development Manager to implement T&D activities in all countries
• Work with training providers and suppliers to prepare for training course
• Maintain training facilities
• Maintain training records and databases
• Conduct necessary T&D report

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 2 years’ experience in Training & development and HR. Having experience with online learning platform and online training course is an advantage.
• Excellent English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Having experience to conduct training in English is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, English or other related majors
• Good interpersonal & organizational skills
• Good at MS Office.
