Training & Development Executive

• Work with training providers and suppliers to build/design the E-learning platform & maintain the online training courses & system.
• Develops storyboards and scripts for E-learning and virtual live training.
• Design and create online training courses on e-learning platform for 5 destinations.
• Transform current & new face-to-face trainings into online trainings.
• Develops a policy & management procedure for E-learning Platform (every training must have a test, notify about compulsory trainings, etc…)
• Coordinate with other departments to conduct Training Need Analysis for E-learning platform.
• Maintain training online training records and databases.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs, effectiveness of all trainings conducted and revise courses as needed.
• Conduct necessary T&D report

• 2 years’ experience in Training & development.
• Having experience with E-learning platform and online training course is a must.
• Excellent English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Having experience to conduct training in English is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, English, computer science, information technology or other related majors
• Good interpersonal & organizational skills
• Good at MS Office.
