Mô tả công việc
To organize and follow learning and development activities that contributing to achieve L&D’s objectives and people development. To provide professional L&D expert advice for customer where needed. Monitor training administration of standards, and constantly improve the way things are done.
1. Follow up company learning & development activities implementation
- Collect the training needs definition of other departments and submit it to L&D Manager for reviewing and assessment.
- Propose cooperate training plan and consolidate department training plan
- Assess and propose Training vendor to ensure the selected vendor meets with company’s training requirements
- Execute training plan & evaluate training effectiveness (if any)
- Record training activities in system and do the report
2. Check training budget used
- Follow up with department training manager, check with Finance on budget used
3. Coordinate company performance management implementation
- Implement performance management properly include: dialogue, e-Dialogue & performance calibration process
- Solve e-Dialogue issues
- Provide tool for performance calibration
- Collect calibration data
3. Implement & track engagement and communication initiatives to improve working environment
- Implement the engagement activities as planned
- Build the process to maintain & measure the engagement activities
- Drive the communication channel of HR
4. Track & improve kinds of HR Metrics
- Deliver monthly Exco report & department report
- Analyze the data for action proposal accordingly
- Improve kinds of report
5. Hold other projects or other assignments as and when required by the manager
- Participate other HR activities as rotation, housekeeping, ... or projects organizing & arrangements, if any

KNOWLEDGE
- BA degree of Business Administration or relevant degree
- Proven verbal and written bilingual abilities (Vietnamese/English)
- 02 years in Training, Learning and or Development areas
SKILLS
- Organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-task
- Facilitation and training skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Oriented
