Training & Development Executive

OBJECTIVE
- This position is responsible for ensuring of internal training and external training operation effectively and smart.
- This position make plan, direct and coordinate the training & development activities of the company
- Providing general direction to employees matched Vision, Mission and Core Values of the company
- Follow up projects and work with another departments deadline commitment

1. Education
 Vietnamese with University Degree
 Graduated in HUMAN RESOURCE Management is preferred
 Candidate has achieved deadline, commitment
 Have a good of knowledge of training method
 Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, Power point, Bravo HR software
 Can speak English
 Expertise in analyzing capability gaps; performance consulting processes; training needs analysis
2. Experience in Training & Development
 Experience in training over 2 years
 Solid background of training & development
 Strong details and accuracy
 Budgeting and cost control
 Overall knowledge in manufacturing HR
 Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
 To be willing to travel if necessary
 Strong knowledge of Company culture

Location: Thu Duc Dist, Ho Chi Minh City (business sometime)
Direct supervisor: HR Manager
Working time: Monday to Saturday (off two days per month in next year)
Transportation: Company will transport employees from the factory (pickup Hang Xanh)
Salary & benefits: Negotiation (from 12 to 15 million)
