Mô tả công việc
Report to: Regional Training Manager
Roles & Responsibility:
• Be responsible of delivery training programs to partners and internal PD sales team, including basic product training, soft skill training and others workshops
• Support to design programs in cooperating with relevant BDMs to suit partner’s requirements on training related
• Coordinate within the PD training team to ensure excellent quality delivery and contribute to the growth of the department
• Support PD T&D Manager in other business development related initiatives as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirement:
• University/College. MBA is a plus
• Min 2-4 years in education services, life insurance, banking or marketing with a solid training background
• LOMA is a plus
• Fluency in Vietnamese & Vietnamese communication
• Presentation skill, Negotiation skill, Interpersonal Skill
