Mô tả công việc
Understand and apply our standard concept of Consumer Finance collections into local conditions;
Lead the training camps and retraining programs of Collection Call Center (CCC)
Analyze the weaknesses of CCC Operators and design the Training materials or customize the Training programs;
Develop the special training materials if requested;
Regularly collect feedback from CCC to analyze the training needs and establishing training plan. Exercises initiatives and judgment in handling routine and confidential materials/ enquiries;
Build the long term development programs for CCC Operators

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree
Experience in consumer finance industry is an advantage
Excellent in public speaking and presentation skills
Logical thinking
Excellent in effective communication
Excellent in coaching skills
A generic understanding of Information Technology, its capabilities and principles
PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc…)
Excellent in interpersonal skills
Ability to attract, keep motivated and develop team members and others colleagues
Strong service mentality, “can do” attitude, strong drive to success;
English skills (oral & written)
